Steve said the new loan would be a 30 -35 year loan. We <br />could use more. Family Unification Program is a HUD program to keep families together and unified. In 2009 <br />we were awarded 50 family Unification Program vouchers, only 30 housing authorities across the US received <br />the award. We have a number of families on the waiting list in need of affordable housing.
