NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. Section 17.12.010 (District Categories) of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition of a new subsection 17.12.010.A.21, to read as follows: 21. Open space OS. The open space OS district is comprised of lands that have been designated Open Space land and placed in the district by the City Council, after considering recommendations from the Open Space Advisory Board. Section 2. Section 17.12.030 (Use Groups) of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition of an Open Space zoning district column and an additional note as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3. Pursuant to the zoning ordinances of the City, those certain City -owned parcels described and depicted in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, are hereby rezoned Open Space (OS) and the City zoning map shall be amended accordingly. Section 4. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each part hereof irrespective of the fact that any one part be declared invalid. Section 5. The repeal or modification of any provision of the Municipal Code of the City of Louisville by this ordinance shall not release, extinguish, alter, modify, or change in whole or in part any penalty, forfeiture, or liability, either civil or criminal, which shall have been incurred under such provision, and each provision shall be treated and held as still remaining in force for the purpose of sustaining any and all proper actions, suits, proceedings, and prosecutions for the enforcement of the penalty, forfeiture, or liability, as well as for the purpose of sustaining any judgment, decree, or order which can or may be rendered, entered, or made in such actions, suits, proceedings, or prosecutions. Section 6.
