RESOLUTION NO. 46 <br /> SERIES 2011 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT AND FINAL PLANNED <br /> UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN FOR A 59,137 SF BUILDING AND REGIONAL <br /> DETENTION POND FOR A BUILDING LOCATED AT 1960 CHERRY STREET IN CTC. <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council a request for <br /> a final subdivision plat and final planned unit development (PUD) plan for a 59,137 SF <br /> building and regional detention pond, located at 1960 Cherry Street in the Colorado <br /> Technological Center Subdivision, Filing 4; and <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the final PUD development plan have been <br /> reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with <br /> the Louisville zoning ordinances and the Industrial Development Design Standards and <br /> Guidelines (IDDSG); and <br /> WHEREAS, after two duly noticed public hearings concerning said final Plat and <br /> PUD development plan on July 14, 2011, where evidence and testimony were entered <br /> into the public record, including staff reports dated July 14, 2011, the Planning <br /> Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with the following three <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Prior to City Council staff will continue to work with the applicant to address the items <br /> drafted in the Public Works review memo dated June 23, 2011. <br /> 2. The applicant shall provide bike parking for up to 9 bikes. <br /> 3. The applicant shall provide additional color on the banding shown on the south <br /> facade (loading area). <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission and desires to amend the conditions of <br /> approval to allow the applicant to complete conditions 2 and 3 prior to recordation of the <br /> PUD; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a final subdivision plat and final planned unit <br /> development (PUD) plan for a 59,137 SF building and regional detention pond, located at <br /> 1960 Cherry Street in the Colorado Technological Center Subdivision, Filing 4, with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. The applicant shall provide bike parking for up to 9 bikes. <br /> 2.
