Attachment 1 provides <br />an overview of Mr. Lutz's plans for the property; however, the request associated with this <br />floodplain development permit only includes improvements to the interior of the existing <br />structure. Additional development of the property including expansion of the existing structure <br />and outdoor decks and seating areas would require a separate floodplain development perinit. <br />1 <br />
