Case No. 11-002-UR. <br /> <br /> Applicant: Bolder tutor, LLC (Michelle Thomas) <br /> <br /> Owner: R. A. Putnam & Associates, Inc. (Richard Putnam) <br /> <br /> Representative: Newmark Knight Frank (Diane White) <br /> <br /> Case Manager: Gavin McMillan, Planner II <br />Lipton introduced Resolution No. 05, Series 2011 and stated the Commission <br />has an email before them requesting withdrawal. He requested a motion to enter <br />into public record. <br />Pritchard moved and Sheets seconded a motion to enter the email from the <br />applicant, Michelle Thomas, into public record. Motion passed by voice vote. <br />Public Notice Certification: <br />Published in the Camera on January 23, 2011. Posted in City Hall, the Library, <br />the Recreation Center and the Police and Court Building and mailed to <br />surrounding property owners and businesses on January 21, 2011. <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: <br /> None heard. <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />McMillan reported the applicant, Bolder Tutor, LLC, contacted the planning office <br />via telephone and email requesting to withdraw the application. The request to <br />withdraw is based on the building owner has decided to sell the building and <br />Bolder Tutor decided to not sign a lease. They do plan to find another location in <br />Louisville. <br />Lipton stated the request did not require a vote to accept the withdrawal. <br />Action Item <br />– Adopting revised Planning Commission bylaws incorporating the <br />open government regulations information from the Home Rule Charter which <br />applies all of the same meeting regulations to all boards. <br /> <br /> Case Manager: Troy Russ, Planning & Building Safety Director <br />Russ reviewed the memo regarding the bylaws and asked if the Commission had <br />questions. <br />Loo asked for a clarification of Article III, Section 3. Vice President and who <br />would chair the meeting if the president or vice-president was not available. <br /> <br /> <br />
