Continued from the February 10, 2011 <br />meeting. Case No. 11-003-PP/PS. <br /> <br /> Applicant and Owner: ConocoPhillips <br /> <br /> Representative: William R. Covell, Project Manager, Corporate Real Estate <br /> <br /> <br /> Case Manager: Troy Russ, Planning & Building Safety Director <br />Public Notice Certification: <br />Staff stated this was a continued item from the February 10, 2011 therefore new <br />notice was not required. <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: <br /> None heard. <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />Russ discussed the following: <br />The one year extension of the approval is the only modification being <br /> <br /> <br />requested to the preliminary plat and preliminary PUD plan. All other <br />aspects of the originally approved plan will remain unchanged. <br />Sections 16.12.030.(E) and Section 17.28.170.(D) of the LMC allow for a <br /> <br /> <br />one-year extension of approval time for preliminary subdivision plats and <br />preliminary PUD plans respectively when applied for in writing to the <br />Planning Commission. <br />The one year lifespan of the preliminary subdivision plat and preliminary <br /> <br /> <br />PUD enables the City to ensure proposed development stays consistent <br />with City codes and regulations. <br />There have been no changes to the LMC, the PCZD zoning requirements, <br /> <br /> <br />nor the Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines that <br />would warrant a reexamination of the approved preliminary subdivision <br />plat and preliminary PUD plan. <br />Russ stated staff recommends approval of the one year extension of the <br />expiration of the preliminary subdivision plat and preliminary PUD plan for <br />ConocoPhillips, 2270 South 88th Street, from April 6, 2011 to April 6, 2012 with <br />no conditions. <br />Commission Questions of Staff: <br />None heard. <br />Applicant Presentation: <br />Wayne McCreesh, ConocoPhillips representative, thanked staff for the <br />presentation. He stated he had no formal presentation but the company supports <br />the request as presented by staff and he would answer any questions the <br />commission might have regarding the request. <br />Commission questions of Applicant: <br />None heard. <br /> <br />
