Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 14, 2011 <br />Page 9 of 13 <br /> <br />outdoor patio and seating area to the rear of the property for a new restaurant <br />with the following six (6) conditions: <br />7. The outdoor patio shall not be used past 12 a.m. on any given day. <br />8. The property tenants shall utilize lidded trash and recycle receptacles. <br />9. The temporary outdoor storage of materials, not defined as junk per <br />Sec. 8.16.010 of the Louisville Municipal Code shall be placed behind <br />and shall not be visible above, the 6-foot privacy fence. <br /> <br />10. Bicycle parking shall be provided on site. <br />11. A six-foot privacy fence outside of the required sightlines shall be <br />provided to extend along the alley and parking edges of the rear patio. <br />12. Establish the open space zone district <br />2. Rezone City owned properties to Open Space <br />3. Amend Title 4 of the LMC to ensure the classification and <br />management described in the City Charter is enacted in the City <br />Code. <br />Planning Staff requests the Planning Commission to discuss the information and <br />provide further direction for staff on the proposed modifications to Title 17 of the <br />LMC. <br />Loo requested clarification of Section 17.12.010 C. <br />Lipton stated the word ‘land’ after the words “Open Space” should be struck from <br />item #21 of Section 17.12.010 A. <br />McMillan stated he would confirm the suggested edits with the City Attorney. <br /> <br />
