Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 14, 2011 <br />Page 2 of 9 <br /> <br />Public Comments <br />: Not on the Agenda <br />None heard. <br />Staff requested the opportunity to introduce the Planning Intern, Scott Robinson. <br />Loo welcomed him to the meeting and asked how long he would be interning with <br />the City. <br />Robinson stated he would be in Louisville through the summer. <br />Regular Business – Items Requesting Continuance, Date Specific: <br /> Centennial Valley Business Park, <br />a request to amend the <br /> <br />planned unit development (PUD) to add new identifiable directional <br />signs for the retail center located at 459 S. McCaslin Blvd. Case <br />No. 11-020-FP. <br /> <br /> Applicant, Owner and Representative: Koelbel and Company (Scott Yeates, representative) <br /> <br /> Case Manager: Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Applicant is requesting a continuance to the August 11, 2011 public hearing. <br />After providing public notice staff was advised by the applicant they are unable to <br />attend the July Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Brauneis moved and Sheets seconded a motion to continue Centennial Valley <br />Business Park (459 S. McCaslin) to the August 11, 2011 meeting. Motion passed <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />Regular Business – Items Requesting Continuance, Not Date Specific, <br />requiring a full public notice prior to hearing: <br /> <br /> Parbois Place Subdivision – Amendment – Whittier <br /> – The <br /> <br />application is for two requests: <br />i. A minor subdivision to create two (2) lots of record where <br />there is currently one (1) lot at 533 County Road. Lot 7 will <br />be 8,496 SF and Lot will be 6,126 SF. <br />ii. An amendment to the previously approved (2009) Parbois <br />Place Subdivision and PUD to add two (2) lots, Lots 7 and 8. <br />The inclusion of the two lots would permit Lot 8 to benefit <br />from the PUD variations of a standard setback. No changes <br />to the previously approved Parbois Place Subdivision and <br />PUD are proposed. <br />Case No. 11-009-FS/FP. <br /> <br /> Applicant and owner: Carmel Whittier <br /> <br /> Representative: Richard Lopez <br /> <br /> <br /> Case Manager: Gavin McMillan, AICP, Planner II <br />thth <br />Previously continued from the May 12 and June 9 Planning Commission public <br />hearings. <br /> <br />Staff is requesting a continuance, not date specific, to allow the applicant and <br />project developer additional time to solve outstanding concerns and issues. <br />When the application is scheduled to be heard before the Planning Commission <br />a new and complete notice will be required. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
