Preliminary PUD and Plat July 7, 2011 <br />th <br />96 and Dillon <br />a center island to help define the traffic movements into and out of the site. Individual site <br />plans will need to follow the City’s design guidelines regarding screening and landscape. <br />12. There shall be encouraged the siting of lot arrangement, building orientation and roof <br />orientation in developments so as to obtain the maximum use of solar energy for heating. <br />This will be further addressed with the individual site plans. The original Zoning approval <br />established building heights and setbacks such that solar block is limited, to non-existent, on <br />this parcel. <br />13. The overall PUD shall provide a variety of housing types.This is not applicable for this <br />development, there is no residential planned. <br />14. Neighborhoods within a PUD shall provide a range of housing size.This is not applicable <br />for this development, there is no residential planned. <br />15. Architectural design of buildings shall be compatible in design with the contours of the site, <br />compatible with surrounding designs and neighborhoods, shall promote harmonious <br />transitions and scale in character in areas of different planned uses, and shall contribute to a <br />mix of styles within the city. This criteria will be addressed with each site plan development. <br />Municipal and Development Code Variances: <br />All code variances are listed with the summary provided with the Tennis Center parcel. <br />Summary and Closing <br />This summary is provided along with the other documents for the submittal of the preliminary <br />PUD and Plat.
