<br />11111\111111 \\1\11111111111\1\11\11111\1111111\ 111\ \11\ ~~;:~r:~ ~, <br /> <br />Boulder County Clerk, CO ORD <br /> <br />R 16.00 <br /> <br />D 0.00 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1446 <br />SERIES 2004 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN ANNEXATION, KNOWN AS THE <br />PICKETT ANNEXATION, TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, petitions for annexation of certain unincorporated property, to be known as the <br />Pickett Annexation, and described in Exhibit A attached hereto, have been filed with the City <br />Council of the City of Louisville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 31-12-108 to -110, c.R.S., as amended, the City Council <br />on April 20, 2004, held a duly-noticed hearing to consider the proposed annexation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notice of such hearing was published March 20, March 27, April 3, and April 10, <br />2004 in the Daily Camera newspaper; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution, has determined that the petitions are in substantial <br />compliance with the applicable laws ofthe State of Colorado, that the area proposed to be annexed is <br />eligible for annexation, and further has determined that an election is not required, and further found <br />that no additional terms and conditions are to be imposed upon said annexation except any provided for <br />in said petition or in the annexation agreements for the parcels which constitute the property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. The annexation to the City of Louisville ofthe property described in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and known as the Pickett Annexation, is <br />hereby approved and such property is made a part of and annexed to the City of Louisville. <br /> <br />Section 2. The annexation of said territory is subject to the conditions provided for in the <br />petitions for annexation of said property filed with the City of Louisville and the terms and <br />conditions of the annexation agreement for the parcels which constitute the property. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED, READ, PASSED ON FIRST READING, AND ORDERED <br />PUBLISHED this 6th day of April, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />';"..,..") t <br />'-vi? <br /> <br />- <br />
