<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1442 <br />SERIES 2004 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE S. 96TH STREET ANNEXATION NO.2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition for annexation of certain property described in Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof, and known as the S. 96th Street Annexation No.2, was filed with the <br />City Council of the City of Louisville; and <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said property was annexed to the City by ordinance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council must provide for the zoning of said property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council provided notice of the public hearing on said zoning by <br />publication as provided by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no protests were received by the City pursuant to C.R.S. ~31-23-305; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Agricultural (A) zoning classification has been proposed for the property, in <br />accordance with Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property consists of a parcel ofland of approximately 3.381 acres acquired <br />for right-of-way purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Agricultural zoning classification is consistent with the City's plan for the <br />area and with the uses for which the parcels constituting the property were acquired; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission has held a public hearing on the zoning <br />request and has forwarded its recommendation to the City Council, and the City Council has duly <br />considered that recommendation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That certain property known as the S. 96th Street Annexation No.2, the legal <br />description of which is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby zoned <br />Agricultural (A), and the City zoning map shall be amended accordingly. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED, READ, PASSED ON FIRST READING, AND ORDERED <br />PUBLISHED this 17th day of Febmary, 2004. <br /> <br />1 <br />
