He stated that many downtown business owners have also expressed their appreciation for Council's support. ORDINANCE NO. 1318, SERIES 1999 - AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 13.28.010.B OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE CONTAINING THE BONDED INDEBTEDNESS ASSESSMENT AGAINST EACH SEWER USER WITHIN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE -2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING (advertised Daily Camera 12/11/99) Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. Sam Light, City Attorney, read by title only Ordinance 1318, Series 1999 - An Ordinance Repealing Section 13.28.010.B of the Louisville Municipal Code Containing the Bonded indebtedness Assessment Against Each Sewer User Within the City of Louisville. Davidson called for staff presentation. Dianne Ray, Finance Director, explained that Ordinance No. 1318, Series 1999 repeals the portion of the Municipal Code that provides for $1.50 to be assessed to each utility bill unit per month in order to pay the Sewer Bonds. The Bonds were paid in full in December 1999. Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1318, Series 1999 - An Ordinance Repealing Section 13.28.010.B of the Louisville Municipal Code Containing the Bonded Indebtedness Assessment Against Each Sewer User Within the City of Louisville.
