He stated that many downtown business owners have also expressed <br />their appreciation for Council's support. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1318, SERIES 1999 - AN ORDINANCE REPEALING <br />SECTION 13.28.010.B OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />CONTAINING THE BONDED INDEBTEDNESS ASSESSMENT AGAINST <br />EACH SEWER USER WITHIN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE -2ND READING - <br />PUBLIC HEARING (advertised Daily Camera 12/11/99) <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />Sam Light, City Attorney, read by title only Ordinance 1318, Series 1999 - An <br />Ordinance Repealing Section 13.28.010.B of the Louisville Municipal Code Containing <br />the Bonded indebtedness Assessment Against Each Sewer User Within the City of <br />Louisville. <br /> <br />Davidson called for staff presentation. <br /> <br />Dianne Ray, Finance Director, explained that Ordinance No. 1318, Series 1999 repeals <br />the portion of the Municipal Code that provides for $1.50 to be assessed to each utility <br />bill unit per month in order to pay the Sewer Bonds. The Bonds were paid in full in <br />December 1999. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance <br />No. 1318, Series 1999 - An Ordinance Repealing Section 13.28.010.B of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code Containing the Bonded Indebtedness Assessment Against Each Sewer <br />User Within the City of Louisville. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments and questions. <br /> <br />Howard arrived (7:15 p.m.). <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
