<br />L Each co:r:porat.e or limited liability company <br />applicant shall pay to the city a fee in the amount of one <br />hundred dollars for the cost of each finge:r:print analysis and <br />background investigation undertaken to qualify new officers. <br />directors. stockholder or members pursuant to state law: <br />however. no such fee shall be due to the city with respect to <br />persons for whom the state licensing authority was paid a fee <br />and completed a background investigation. <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 5.08.050 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code, entitled "Fees: License Fees designated for each class of <br />license," is hereby amended to read as follows (numbers and words <br />to be deleted are stricken through; numbers and words to be added <br />are underlined) : <br /> <br />5.08.050 Pees: License fees designated for each class of <br />license. <br /> <br />The following license fees shall be paid to the city <br />annually, in advance, based on premises located within the <br />city: <br />A. For each retail liquor store license, one hundred <br />fifty dollars; <br />B. For each liquor-licensed drugstore license, one <br />hundred fifty dollars; <br />C. For each beer and wine license, efle three hundred <br />fifty twenty-five dollars; <br />D. For each hotel and restaurant license, three five <br />hundred twenty five dollars; <br />E. For each tavern license, three five hundred twenty <br />~ dollars; <br />F. For each club license, one hundred two hundred <br />seventy-five dollars; <br />G. For each arts license, one hundred two hundred <br />seventy-five dollars; <br />H. For each opti.onal premises license, three five <br />hundred tw'enty fi-v-e dollars; <br />~ For each brew '~ub license. five hundred dollars: <br />.J:.... For each bed and breakfast permit. twenty-five <br />dollars: <br /> <br />Section 3. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be <br />invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity <br />of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council <br />hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each <br />part hereof irrespective of the fact that anyone part be declared <br />invalid. <br /> <br />Section 4. All other ordinances or portions thereof <br />inconsistent or conflicting with this ordinance or any portion <br />hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or <br />conflict. <br /> <br />2 <br />
