<br />MEETING MINUTES OF THE <br />LOUISVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at 8:00 a.m. <br />Regal Square <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Jay Keany, Terri Abbott, Doris Fasbender, Callan Childs <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Scott McKenzie <br /> <br />Staff Present: Frank Alexander, Executive Director; Susan Grutzmacher, Administrative <br />Division Manager; Lisa Bangs, Finance Manager; Kris Durso, Senior Services Coordinator <br /> <br />Others Present: Sheri Marsella, City Council Liaison; Paul Wood, City of Louisville Planning <br />Director; Sean McCartney, City of Louisville Principal Planner; Heather Balser, Acting City <br />Manager; City of Louisville; Justin McClure, RMCS LLC <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order at 8:05 a.m. by Jay Keany, Chair. <br /> <br />Motion to approve minutes passed - East Street is the only site with parking issues <br /> <br />Agenda for April 24th meeting passed and approved. <br /> <br />Matter from Members of the Public: None. <br /> <br />Directors Report: Frank Alexander <br /> <br />Frank announced staffing updates: Sally Vigil has taken over as lead property manager. The <br />transition is going very well. Marty Baker helped to download all of her knowledge over the last <br />few months before she left. Ramona Acosta, who has been hired to fill Sally Vigil's position, <br />and Sally will attend the next LHA Board Meeting and will conduct the site tour. Please bring <br />any questions the board may have for Property Management staff. Susan Grutzmacher was <br />promoted to Administrative Division Manager and replaced Dorene Honeycutt. Currently <br />BCHA is hiring a bi-lingual FSS case manager and we are in the final phase of hiring for that <br />position. In addition, staff are in the process of hiring Susan's replacement as a result of her <br />promotion. <br /> <br />The board informed staff that Belinda Dogan-Pishner has left the city of Louisville, they are <br />currently hiring for her position. <br /> <br />Kris Durso has been here for a few months. She worked with Frank for 6 years at Boulder <br />County Aging Services Division as the lead Medicare Ombudsman. She is to bring in more <br />grants, services and to expand the programs for seniors. The LHA and BCHA properties she <br />works with currently are: Regal Square, Villa West, and Lydia Morgan. She is working to <br />
