<br /> <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 18, 2007 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br /> <br /> <br />Call to Order - Chairperson Heather Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:05 <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Callan Childs, Mike Koertje, Heather Lewis, Greg McMe <br />Melanie Julian Muckle, <br /> <br /> <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />Laurel Tofte <br /> <br /> <br />City Representatives: <br />Meredyth Muth, Community Facilit <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda - Koertje moved to approve the agenda, Childs seconded the <br />motion. All in agreement. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes - March 21, <br />presented. McMenamin moved to ap <br />the motion. All in agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />uckle had an amendment to the minutes as <br />he minutes as amended, Muckle seconded <br /> <br />Public Comments on I ems Not on the Agenda - None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - ..~(t1olition Request 1932 Water Treatment Plant <br />Chair Opens Public Hi/tJring <br />Lewis ope the public hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Pre n <br />Muth revie he application stating that the application was submitted on March 22. <br />A subcommitt reviewed the application on March 28 and made the determination <br />that the site is eligible for local land marking and stayed the application for a public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />The public hearing was advertised as required by Ordinance No. 1463, Series 2005 <br />including posting of the site and advertising in the Daily Camera 15 days prior to the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works, gave a short history of water treatment in <br />Louisville.
