<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1261 <br />SERIES 1997 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />ENTITLED "ZONING", BY REZONING AND ZONING AS PLANNED COMMUNITY ZONE <br />DISTRICT, OPEN SPACE (P-OS) CERTAIN CONTIGUOUS PARCELS OF REAL <br />PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS LOT 4 OF THE <br />WAREMBOURG SUBDIVISION AND THE DAUGHENBAUGH ANNEXATION PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville is the owner of certain <br />contiguous parcels of real property known as Lot 4 of the <br />warembourg Subdivision and the Daughenbaugh Annexation parcel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lot 4 of the warembourg Subdivision is currently <br />zoned Agricultural A; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Daughenbaugh Annexation parcel was recently <br />annexed to the City of Louisville and, pursuant to state law, must <br />be brought under the City's zoning ordinance and map; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lot 4 of the warembourg Subdivision <br />Daughenbaugh Annexation parcel constitute over 30 <br />contiguous property held in City ownership; and <br /> <br />and <br />acres <br /> <br />the <br />of <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to rezone Lot 4 of the Warembourg <br />Subdivision, and zone the Daughenbaugh Annexation parcel, to <br />Planned Community Zone District (PCZD), Open Space (P-OS), in <br />accordance with Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as required by Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code, the City has prepared a pczD-general plan which addresses the <br />proposed uses of Lot 4 of ..the warembourg Subdivision and the <br />Daughenbaugh Annexation parcel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission has held a public <br />hearing on the proposed rezoning, zoning and PCzD-general plan for <br />Lot 4 of the warembourg Subdivision and the Daughenbaugh Annexation <br />parcel, and has forwarded a recommendation to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Commission's <br />recommendation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing on the <br />proposed rezoning, zoning and PCzD-general plan, and has provided <br />notice of the public hearing by publication as provided by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no protests were received by the City pursuant to <br />C.R.S. ~31-23-305. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />1 <br />
