<br />RESOLUTION NO. 9 <br /> <br />Series 1979 <br /> <br />A Resolution approving the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block 2, <br />Original Town of Louisville. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br />Council a Final Plat of Lot 1, Block 2, Original Town of Louisville <br />by Stanley Elmore, 3049 Redstone Lane, Boulder, Colorado 80303; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all material related to said Final Plat has <br />been reviewed by City staff and the Planning Commission and found <br />to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinance, Sub- <br />division Regulations and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing <br />concerning said Final Plat, the Planning Commission has determined <br />that said Plat is acceptable and has recommended approval of the <br />same to City Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the City Council <br />of the City of Louisville, Colorado, does hereby approve the Lot 1, <br />Block 2, Original Town of Louisville, Final Plat. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted on this 17th day of April, 1979. <br /> <br />(/~.k-/) <br /> <br />MayorT <br />?/ <br /> <br />AT'YjT: <br />( ) <br />I, ,,/f <br />WJu (I J oJ J L <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />101~ <br />
