J-l' WHEREAS, by document recorded as Film No. 1506, Reception No. 892232, Boulder County Records, the City in 1987 was granted a 25- foot wide easement for sewer utility purposes; and WHEREAS, proper application has been made to the City for vacation of that portion of such easement which crosses Lots 118- 125, Coal Creek Ranch Filing No.3, Replat "A", and which is more particularly described on Exhibit A to the attached Vacation of Easement (the "Sewer Easement"); and WHEREAS, at this time no City sewer or other utilities run through the Sewer Easement; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the Sewer Easement is and will not be needed for any public purposes; and WHEREAS, the Sewer Easement is not being used or held for park purposes or for any other governmental purpose; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the application and vacate the City's interest in the Sewer Easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. The proposed vacation of the Sewer Easement as more particularly described on the attached Vacation of Easement is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Vacation of Easement on behalf of the City. Section 2. All other ordinances or portions thereof inconsistent or in conflict with this ordinance or any portion hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict.
