The City shall provide a <br />meter, a yoke, a corporation valve, a meter pit, if <br />required, and all labor involved in installing the <br />corporation valve. Section 13.24.010 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is amended to read as follows (words to be added are <br />capitalized; words to be deleted are stricken through) : <br /> <br />13.24.010 <br /> <br />Tap Permit Required: <br /> <br />A. No sewer tap shall be made upon any sewer main <br />or any other portion of the sewer works of the City <br />without first securing a permit therefor. The <br />application for a sewer tap permit shall be made in <br />writing upon a form furnished by the Director of Public <br />Works, or THE DIRECTOR'S ftffi authorized dcputy <br />REPRESENTATIVE, and shall state clearly the tap size, THE <br />ADDRESS OR OTHER SUFFICIENT DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY <br />TO BE SERVED, the address and name of the person applying <br />for the tap, and any other information THAT .y;hich the <br />Director of Public Works may reasonably require. <br />B. EACH SEWER TAP PERMIT ISSUED BY THE CITY SHALL <br />BE APPURTENANT TO, AND MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED APART FROM, <br />THE PROPERTY FOR WHICH THE PERMIT IS ISSUED. <br /> <br />Section 4. Subsection A of Section 13.24.020 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code is amended to read as follows (words to <br />be added appear in capital letters) : <br /> <br />13.24.020 <br /> <br />Tap Fee Generally: <br /> <br />A.
