City of Louisville <br />Water System Facilities Plan <br />List of Project Deliverables <br />Notes: <br />1) The purpose of this document is to further define specific deliverables to the City <br />2) The Scope of Services is further defined in the contract <br />3) This document serves as an attachment to the contract <br />General Project Management <br />1 Project Gant Chart: draft and final (following review) <br />2 Project workshops agendas as part of each meeting <br />3 Project workshop meeting minutes following each meeting <br />Public Outreach (1) <br />1 Professionally developed survey (to be mailed by the City) <br />2 Statistical interpretation of survey data and summary of conclusions <br />3 Preparation of a public announcement (project, public meeting) <br />4 Organize and attend a public meeting (presentation and display boards) <br />5 Meeting with City Council to discuss results of Public Outreach <br />Work Progression and Evaluations <br />1 Water demands evaluation, including conservation (included in report, results integrated in CMP) <br />2 Review of growth trends (included in report, results integrated in CMP) <br />3 General evaluation of raw water system redundancy (included in report, any related projects included in CMP) <br />4 General evaluation of regulatory impacts on the water system (results summarized in report) <br />5 Evaluation of facilities for capacity, condition and maintainability, reliability, compliance with CDPHE design <br />criteria, regulatory impacts and security (results summarized in report, impacts Projects List) <br />6 Water rate impact spreadsheet <br />7 Compilation of a list of required projects (results summarized in report and CMP) <br />Capital Facilities Plan (delivered in electronic Xcel spreadsheet format) includes: <br />1 A separate worksheet for each identified project <br />2 Project Summary List including anticipated timing, capital costs and other key factors <br />3 A graphical presentation of a project Decision Tree <br />4 Water System Planning Criteria spreadsheets for growth and buildout dates, water demands, <br />cost estimating base data, <br />5 Submit electronic copy of Capital Management Plan (CMP) <br />Report(s) <br />1 Submit three (3) copies of Draft Report for review <br />2 Submit five (5) copies of Final Report for review <br />3 Meeting with City Council to present Final Report <br />Scope Notes <br />1) Costs for printing and mailing the mail based survey and public announcement by City <br />The Plan is not: <br />1) A rate study. <br />2) A impact fee study. <br />3) An in lake water quality study. <br />8/17/2011 <br />
