The <br />proposed General Development Plan is a minimum of 30 acres in size and is in <br />single ownership as required by the LMC. The proposed GDP reflects the <br />planning area to be an enclave located on the west side of State Highway 42 with <br />approximately 377 linear feet of frontage on Highway 42. Contiguous parcels to <br />the north and south of the subject parcel are zoned as Planned Community <br />Zoned District (PCZD). <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will consider the PCZD zoning in conjunction with the <br />pending annexation. Staff forwarded a recommendation of support to the <br />Planning Commission based upon the compliance of the Takota Village General <br />Development Plan with the Citywide Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved to approve Resolution No. 11, Series 2007, and <br />set a public hearing for April 4, 2007, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Brown.
