<br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 5, 2007 <br />Page 6 of 14 <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk requested an Applicant presentation. <br /> <br />Richard Lopez, 55 Arapahoe, Boulder, CO, representing the Hoyle Family Trust, <br />expressed his disappointment with the City of Broomfield's delay on approving <br />the IGA Amendment. He encouraged Council to move forward on the approval <br />of the zoning ordinances. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENT <br /> <br />Council member Sackett ask43d if the City is waiting for Broomfield's approval as <br />a matter of courtesy. City Attorney Light explained the City can not legally go <br />forward on the change in zoning without the expressed consent of all the IGA <br />parties. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Brown suggested the City consider some sort of indemnification <br />in conjunction with the other parties, and then moving forward. <br /> <br />Staff requested Council direction on whether to proceed with written <br />correspondence. Council dinected Interim City Manager Balser to contact the <br />Broomfield City Manager. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 14516, SERIES 2004 - AN ORDINANCE ZONING <br />PROPERTY K:NOWN AS THE HOYLE PROPERTY <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 1518, SERIES 2007 - AN ORDINANCE ZONING AS <br />INDUSTRIAL CERTAIN PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF <br />lOUISVlllE AND KNOWN AS THE HOYLE PROPERTY <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved to continue Ordinance No. 1456, Series 2004 and <br />Ordinance No. 1518, Series :2007, to July 17, 2007, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem <br />Brown. All in favor. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 1519, SERIES 2007 - AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A NEW <br />SECTION 17.12.055 OF THE lOUISVlllE MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING <br />PRESERVATION ZONING INCENTIVES FOR THE OLD TOWN OVERLAY <br />DISTRICT AND AMENDING SECTION 17.12.05 OF THE lOUISVlllE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING ROOF DESIGN CRITERIA FOR SUCH <br />DISTRICT - Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1519, Series 2007. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk requested a Staflf presentation. <br />
