City Council Meeting Minutes June 5, 2007 Page 6 of 14 Mayor Sisk requested an Applicant presentation. Richard Lopez, 55 Arapahoe, Boulder, CO, representing the Hoyle Family Trust, expressed his disappointment with the City of Broomfield's delay on approving the IGA Amendment. He encouraged Council to move forward on the approval of the zoning ordinances. COUNCIL COMMENT Council member Sackett ask43d if the City is waiting for Broomfield's approval as a matter of courtesy. City Attorney Light explained the City can not legally go forward on the change in zoning without the expressed consent of all the IGA parties. Mayor Pro Tem Brown suggested the City consider some sort of indemnification in conjunction with the other parties, and then moving forward. Staff requested Council direction on whether to proceed with written correspondence. Council dinected Interim City Manager Balser to contact the Broomfield City Manager.
