<br />RESOLUTION NO. 31 <br />SERIES 2007 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT AN EXISTING FINAL PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) I)LAN FOR A 6,000 SF WAREHOUSE ADDITION FOR <br />INNOVATIVE OPENINGS AT 667 S. PIERCE AVENUE, LOTS 15 - 17, BLOCK 2, <br />COLORADO TECHNOLOGY CENTER FILING NO.1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request to <br />amend an existing final planned unit development (PUD) plan for a 6,000 SF warehouse addition <br />for hmovative Openings at 667 S. Pierce Avenue, Lots 15 - 17, Block 2, Colorado Technology <br />Center Filing No. 1.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the final PUD development plan have been <br />reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, to be in compliance with the <br />Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, the Industrial Development Design <br />Standards and Guidelines, related policies and previous approvals; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said final PUD <br />development plan on June 14,2007, where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />public record, including the staff report dated June 14, 2007, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval to the City Council, without conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission and finds that the revised documents are in full compliance with <br />the conditions of the Planning Commission and that the application should be approved, <br />without conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby a request to amend an existing final planned unit development (PUD) plan <br />for a 6,000 SF warehouse addition for hmovative Openings at 667 S.
