<br /> <br />Revitialization Commission <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />May 14, 2007 <br />Louisville City Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br /> <br />Call to Order Chairperson Sisk called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Board Members Present: Mayor Sisk, Rob Lathrop, Clair Beckmann, <br />Carlos Hernandez <br /> <br />Board Members Absent: Michael Menaker, Michael Reis, Bob Tofte <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Heather Balser, Sam Light, Sean McCartney <br /> <br />Members of the Public: None present <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda The agenda was approved by all members present. <br /> <br />Approval of April 9, 2007 Meeting Minutes and April 23, 2007 Work Session <br />Summary The minutes and summary from the previous meetings were <br />approved. <br /> <br />Public Comments None provided. <br /> <br />Reports of Commission <br />None provided. <br />Business Matters of Commission <br />1. Louisville Cultural Council, Presentation on Arts Facility - Members <br />of the Louisville Cultural Council (LCC) reviewed the power point <br />presentation provided with the packet materials as well as discussed <br />potential site locations for a new Arts Facility within the UR district. The <br />LCC will keep the LRC apprised of future discussions as this issue <br />moves forward. <br />2.
