<br />RESOLUTION NO. 8 <br />SERIES 1997 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING A GOAL <br />RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PERMITS <br />1997. <br /> <br />LIMITING THE NUMBER OF <br />ISSUED IN CALENDAR YEAR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in Resolution No. 36, Series 1993, the City Council <br />established various goals and policies for the management of growth <br />and development within the City of Louisville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, paragraph 4 of Resolution No. 36 set as a goal that <br />the City Council would strive to limit the number of residential <br />building permits issued in 1994 so as not to exceed 250 per <br />calendar year for single family and 120 per calendar year for <br />multi-family; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said paragraph 4 requires the City Council to review <br />the building permit goal annually with the express goal of reducing <br />the single family equivalent to an optimum of 150 total building <br />permits or less by calendar year 1997. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />1. As a goal and consistent with attendant conditions, the <br />City Council will strive to limit the number of residential <br />building permits issued in calendar year 1997 so as not to exceed <br />75 single family equivalents. <br /> <br />2.
