<br />MEETING MINUTES OF THE <br />LOUISVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at 7:15 a.m. <br />Lydia Morgan <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Jay Keany, Terri Abbott, Doris Fasbender, Scott McKenzie <br /> <br />Alternate Commissioner Present: Steve Underhill <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Callan Childs <br /> <br />Staff Present: Frank Alexander, Executive Director; Susan Grutzmacher, <br />Administrative Division Manager; Sally Vigil, Property Manager in Louisville; Ramona <br />Acosta, Property Manager in Longmont <br /> <br />Others Present: Sheri Marsella, City Council Liaison; Paul Wood, City of Louisville <br />Planning Director; Heather Balser, Acting City Manager; City of Louisville; Justin <br />McClure, RMCS LLC <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:34 a.m. by Jay Keany, Chair. <br /> <br />Minutes approved and passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Agenda for May 29,2007 meeting passed and approved. <br /> <br />Matter from Members of the Public: None. <br /> <br />Introductions were completed. <br /> <br />Director's Report: Frank Alexander <br />Sally Vigil has taken over Marty Baker's position as lead property manager for <br />Louisville. She has been with BCHA since 2004 and was previously in the private sector <br />as a property manager. <br />Ramona Acosta has been hired to fill Sally's position as Property Manager in Longmont. <br />She previously worked for Storage T ek for 18 years and is a native of Louisville. Both <br />Sally and Ramona are resources available to board for information or questions. <br /> <br />BCHA hired Agatha Tobias as an FSS Case manager. There is a strong FSS program in <br />Louisville. Within Boulder County there are currently 140 families in the program and it <br />has been very successful. <br />BCHA also just hired Kelly Gonzalez as an Administrative Technician. Sally, Ramona, <br />Agatha and Kelly are bilingual, which brings a lut of additional staff capacity tu BCHA <br />and LHA. <br /> <br />1 <br />
