RESOLUTION NO. 10 SERIES 1997 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE LAFAYETTE/LOUISVILLE BUFFER COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT AMONG THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, THE CITY OF LAFAYETTE AND THE COUNTY OF BOULDER, COLORADO. WHEREAS, the City of Louisville, the City of Lafayette and the County of Boulder, Colorado are parties to the Lafayette/Louisville Buffer Comprehensive Development Plan Intergovernmental Agreement, dated July 9, 1996 (hereinafter the 1I0riginal Agreementll); and WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Original Agreement ln the manner provided in the proposed First Amendment attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the City is authorized to execute the proposed First Amendment pursuant to C.R.S. ~29-20-101 et ~, which authorizes the parties to cooperate and contract with each other for the purpose of planning and regulating the development of land by means of a IIcomprehensive development planll; and WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S. ~29-20-105, the City Council has held a public hearing on the proposed First Amendment after proper notice; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed First Amendment is in the best interests of the City and its citizens. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: 1. The proposed First Amendment to Lafayette/Louisville Buffer Comprehensive Development Plan Intergovernmental Agreement, a copy of which First Amendment is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby approved. 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the attached First Amendment to Lafayette/Louisville Buffer Comprehensive Development Plan Intergovernmental Agreement on behalf of the City Council of the City of Louisville. 1 <311::. day of v4;= PASSED AND ADOPTED this '-, l( (/ IL(..(li.''-,({, (-+ 1997.
