Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 11, 2011 <br />Page 9 of 9 <br />units and the City does not have enough available land to support that number of <br />units. <br />Lipton asked when this would be shared with City Council. <br />Russ stated it would be part of the Takoda discussion which is scheduled for <br />August 16. <br />The following items are tentatively scheduled for September 8, 2011 <br />➢ 96 & Dillon Road, Tennis Center, a request for a preliminary <br />subdivision plat and a preliminary planned unit development (PUD) <br />for the purpose of developing 10.75 acres for the Rocky Mountain <br />Tennis Center. An infrastructure phasing plan for the remainder <br />40.95 acres is provided as required in the recorded general <br />development plan. Case No. 11- 023- PS /PP. <br />• Applicant and Representative: JLB Engineering Consultants <br />• Owners: Colorado Tennis Facilities, LLC (Bill Boothby, GM); Adrian Games; and St. Louis <br />Catholic Parish in Louisville (Rev. G. Timothy Gaines) <br />• Case Manager: Troy Russ, Director of Planning and Building Safety <br />➢ Loftus development, Inc. (Jim Loftus) (Safeway <br />Redevelopment), a request for a preliminary planned unit <br />development (PUD) plan and a special review use (SRU) to allow <br />for the redevelopment of the former Safeway site into a mixed use <br />community consisting of two (2) retail buildings around a pedestrian <br />plaza and three (3) residential buildings on the remainder of the <br />site. Lipton <br />adjourned the meeting at 8:15 PM. <br />
