He supports the project moving forward to Council. Lipton stated he likes the concept and would prefer to see a European Theme instead of an Old West Theme. Loo stated her support to move the project forward to Council. Sheets asked if the project could be limited to agricultural products. Lipton stated that that limitation should probably be a change directed by City Council during their review. Lipton moved and Pritchard seconded a motion to approve Resolution No.13, Series 2011, a resolution recommending approval of a special review use (SRU) to allow Altan Alma Organic to operate outdoor vending of agricultural products at 611 Front Street in the Commercial Community (CC) zone district with the five (5) conditions presented by staff.
