Mailed to <br />surrounding property owners on June 24, 2011. <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: <br /> None heard. <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />McCartney reviewed the following information of the case: <br />Original PUD approved in 1984 as the development for a State Farm <br />Building. <br />The building was converted in 2008 to a multi-tenant retail center. <br />Property is zoned Planned Community Zone District Commercial (PCZD- <br />C) <br />The CDDSG is the presiding design standards. <br />The CDDSG does not provide a maximum number of signs permitted <br />through the PUD process. <br />The PUD currently allows for two monument signs: one on the McCaslin <br />Boulevard and one on Cherry Street. Both signs are 60 SF in area. <br />McCartney used power point slides to illustrate the proposed location of the new <br />sign. <br />McCartney stated staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 17, Series 2011 <br />to amend the previously approved planned unit development (PUD) plan sign <br /> <br />
