Staff Report of Facts and Issues: McCartney reviewed the following information for the case: A resolution recommending approval of a three (3) year extension of the expiration date of a final PUD plan for Lots 1 & 2, Block 6, Business Center at CTC (1772 Prairie Way) from October 4, 2011 to October 4, 2014. The proposed light industrial/flex office building is approved for 98,600 SF. The lot has 26% landscape coverage. The parking ratio is 2.87 / 1,000; as well as 16 bike parking spaces. The applicant is proposing no changes to the plan and there have not been any updates to the IDDSG. Commission Questions of Staff: None heard. Applicant Presentation: Wendell Pickett thanked staff for the presentation. He stated the reason for the requested date extension is because of the economic down turn and they hope to see an improvement within the next few years.
