City Council Finance Committee Meeting Minutes 07/18/2011 Page 3 of 4 SALES TAX REPORTS FOR THE MONTH ENDED MAY 31, 2011 The Tax Manager presented the May 31, 2011 Sales Tax Reports. The reports and the corresponding narrative can be located in the packet of the July 18, 2011 Finance Committee Meeting. The Mayor requested the addition of total revenue including sales, consumer use, lodging, motor vehicle and building use tax be provided as part of the communiqué for future reports. The City Manager noted that the Interchange remains City’s largest revenue- generating area even with the surge of the downtown area. REVENUE TREND ANALYSIS – PROJECTIONS DATED JULY 14, 2011 The Finance Director presented 2011 Revenue Trend Analysis with projections dated July 14, 2011. The reports and the corresponding narrative can be located in the packet of the July 18, 2011 Finance Committee Meeting. The Committee requested additional information on the decrease in the Recreation Center user fees. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE PERIOD ENDED JUNE 30, 2011 The Accounting Manager presented the June 30, 2011 Financial Statements. The reports and the corresponding narrative can be located in the packet of the July 18, 2011 Finance Committee Meeting. CASH & INVESTMENTS REPORT AS OF JUNE 30, 2011 The Finance Director presented the Schedule of Cash & Investments as of June 30, 2011. LIST OF BILLS The Committee reviewed the List of Bills scheduled for approval at the July 19, 2011 Council Meeting.The list can be located in the packet of the July 18, 2011 Finance Committee Meeting.
