Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 15,2011 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 <br />PM <br />Call to Order <br />–Chairperson Peter Stewartcalled the meeting to order at 7:02PM. <br />Roll Call <br />: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Peter Stewart, Heather Lewis,Mike Koertje, Florian Speier,Jessica <br />Fasick, Steve Poppitz and Laurel Tofte <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />None <br />City Representatives: <br />Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Approval of Agenda <br />No action requested. <br />Approval of Minutes July 18, 2011 <br />Stewartnoted minor changes. Koertjemoved and Fasickseconded a motion to approve <br />theminutesas corrected.Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />Noneheard. <br />Austin Niehoff <br />Dave Szabados presented updates of the renovation project, which is primarily interior. <br />He stated the following: <br />Met with architectto discuss future improvement <br />The electrical panel will need to be upgraded <br />The primary focus of the project is the development of two bathrooms <br />It was noted by the engineer the foundation is sinking and a full structural <br />assessment will be completed <br />City of Louisville <br />Planning and Building Safety Dept. 7 <br />49 Main Street Louisville CO 80027 <br />303.335.4592 (phone) 303.335.4550 (fax) www.ci.louisville.co.us <br /> <br />
