<br />5) Tavern license. A tavern license shall be issued <br />to persons selling malt, vinous, or spirituous <br />liquors by the drink only to customers for consump- <br />tion on the premises, and such licensee shall have <br />available for consumption on the premises during <br />business hours sandwiches and light snacks, but <br />he need not have meals availab10 for consuxption. <br /> <br />6) Club license. A club license shall be issued to <br />to persons selling malt, vinous, and spirituous <br />liquors only to members of such club and guests <br />and only on the premises of such club. <br /> <br />7) Arts license. An arts license may be issued to <br />any nonprofit arts organization which sponsors <br />and presents productions or performances of an <br />artistic or cultural nature and shall pern;it the <br />licensee to sell malt, vinous, and spirituous <br />liquors only to patrons of such productions or <br />performances for consumption on the licensed <br />premises in connection with such productions and <br />performances. No person licensed pursuant to this <br />section shall permit any exterior or interior <br />advertising concerning the sale of alcoholic bever- <br />ages on such premises. <br /> <br />8) Fermented Malt Liquor Licenses. A fermented liquor <br />license shall be issued for the following classes <br />of llcense~:: <br />a) sales for consumption off the premises of <br />tIle licens!36; <br />b) sales for consumption on the premises of <br />the licenses; <br />c) sales for consumption bot.h on and off the <br />premises of the licensee. <br /> <br />Section 2'7.2-,:3 <br /> <br />License and Registration Fees. <br /> <br />The following license fees shall be paid to the city for all <br />liquor licenses: <br /> <br />1) Each application for a new license filed with the <br />city cOl.:ncil shall be accompanied by an application <br />fee in the amount of three hundred fifty dollars. <br /> <br />2) Bach application for a transfer of location or <br />ownership of an existing license shall be accompanied <br />by a transfer fee in the amount of one hundred <br />fift~y- dollars. <br /> <br />J) Each application for a renewal of an existinb <br />license shall be accompanied by a ~enewal fee of <br />fift~)' dollars. <br /> <br />LJ.)
