CITY OF LOUISVILLE RESOLUTION NO. 17 SERIES 1997 A Resolution amending the 1997 budget by increasing revenues and appropriations in the General, Conservation Trust-Lottery, Capital Projects and Sewer Utility Funds for the City of Louisville, Colorado WHEREAS, at the end of 1996 certain encumbrances remained open, to be expended in 1997, and; WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional sums of money in the General, Conservation Trust- Lottery, Capital Projects and Sewer Utility Funds to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted, and; WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of the adoption of the budget from sources other than the City's local property tax mill levy, in the General, Conservation Trust-Lottery, Capital Projects and Sewer Utility Funds and; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; Section 1. That the 1997 General Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $9,191,367 to $9,204,137 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 2. That the Conservation Trust-Lottery Fund AppropriatiOI~ are hereby increased from $453,750 to $458,670 as provided in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 3. That the 1997 Capital Project Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $4,718,970 to $4,862,699 as provided in Appendix A, attached herto and incorporated herein. Section 4. That the 1997 Sewer Utility Fund (Capital) Appropriations are herebyincreased from $665,490 to $737,561 as provided in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein.
