ordered and made a part of the records of the City Council, it being hereby recited and declared that upon all of said dates mentioned herein there was no paper of general circulation published daily in said City of Louisville. Said Notice of Furthler Consideration stated that the proposed ordinance had been introduced and read in full for the first time at the regular meeting of the City Council held on thl~ 19th day of April, 1977, and that at the regular meeting of the City Council on May 17, 1977, such proposed ordinance would come up before the City Gouncil for consideration by it as to its adoption and passage as provided by law., Said proposed ordin&lce granting to the Public Service 'Company of Colorado said franchise was thE!reupon put upon its final passage and the City Clerk then read said proposed clrdinance in full to the Ci ty Council. It was moved by Gene DiCarlo , seconded by Tony DelPizzo that such proposed ordinance, ~~ich has just been read, be now passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City. The ayes and nays being called, the following voted aye, Lawrence Caranci, Frank Domenico, Gene DiCarlo, Anthony DelPizzo, Barbara McDonald and the following voted nay, It appearing that a majority of all the City Council voted aye, said ordinance was declared passed and adopted by the City Council of the Ci ty of Louisville and was numblered as Ordinance No. 544 The Mayor, John Waschak directed that the ordinance which had just been passed, upon its signing by the Mayor, be recorded in the Ordinance Book and authenticated in such book by the,signatures of the Mayor and City Clerk, that the City Clerk issue a certificate as to the propoer introduction, reading, publication and passage of said ordinance, and that said ordinance be published, together with such certificate ClS to proper procedure, in the Louisville Times. c./L./a- YJ1.
