ORDINANCE NO. 545 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, PART OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST" COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. WHER"lEAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado FINDS: That the property described herein is owned by Sharon K. Mauzy and John M. Mauzy; That more or not less than one-sixth of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of the City of Louisville; That a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; That the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and that the territory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; That an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: SECTION 1. That the following described property situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City of Louisville, to-wit: Part of Section 5, Township 1 South, Range 69 West, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 5; thence North 0007' East, 772.18 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: THENCE South 66049' West, 262.00 feet; THENCE South 67030' West, 316.33 feet; THENCE South B3050' West, 247.65 feet; THENCE South 55009' W'3st, 109.80 feet; THENCE North B9045' East, parallel to the South line of said Section 5; a distance of 885.00 feet to the East line of said Section 5: o THENCE North 00 07' East, 321.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: SECTION 2. That said territory is hereby annexed to the City of Louisville and included within the corporate boundaries thereof as an integral part of said City. -1-
