ORDINANCE NO. 549 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, PART OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 69 W.EST, COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado FINDS: That the property described herein is owned by Warren T. Ward and Lucille E. Ward; That more or not less than one-sixth of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of the City of Louisville; That a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; That the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and that the territory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; That an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: SECTION 1. That the following described property situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City of Louisville, to-wit: Beginning at the Nt Corner of Section 16, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., thence North 0040'10" East, 165.50 feet along the North-South Center- line, extended northerly, of said Section 16; thence South 89055'J6" East, J9J.41 feet along the North line of Colorado State Highway No. 42; thence South 84007'06" East, 50J.70 feet along the North line of said Highway No. 42; thence Easterly 415.67 feet along the arc of a curve which is convex to the north to a point on the East line, extended northerly, of the Westt of the NEt of said Section 16, said arc having a radius of 4142.90 feet and being subtended by a chord bearing South 85049'11" East, 415.49 feet, said arc being along the North line of said Highway No. 42; thence South 0042'JO" Wf3st, 86.25 fE3et to the NE Corner of the Westt of the NEt of said Section 16; -1-
