<br />ORDINANCE NO. 552 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO, PART OF SECTION 5, TIS, RANGE 69 WEST, <br />COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br />FINDS: <br /> <br />That the property described herein is owned soley by Anthony <br />Milano and Ruth Milano; <br /> <br />That more or not less than one-sixth of the perimeter of <br /> <br />the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City <br /> <br />limits of the City of Louisville; <br /> <br />That a community of interest exists between the territory <br /> <br />proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; <br /> <br />That the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will <br />be urbanized in the near future and that the territory is capable <br /> <br />of being integrated into the City of Louisville; <br /> <br />That an annexation election of qualified electors is not <br /> <br />required for this annexation; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLO&~O: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the following described property situated <br />in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the <br /> <br />City of Louisville, to-wit: <br /> <br />The surface of a tract of land situated in the Southeast <br />Quarter (SE%) of the Southeast Quarter (SE%) of Section <br />Five (5), Township One (1), Range 69 West of the 6th <br />Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at <br />the Southeast corner of Section Five, Township One (1) <br />South, Range 69 West, of the 6th Principal Meridian. <br />Thence South 890 45' West a distance of 539.83 feet to <br />the true point of beginning. Thence South 89045" West <br />a distance of 323.17 feet. Thence North 240 25' West <br />a distance of 498 feet. Thence North 890 45' East a <br />distance of 526,,65 feet. Thence South 00 18' East a <br />distance of 454,,35 feet to the true point of beginning <br />con taining approximate ly 4.432 acres. Sub j ec t to all <br />of the exceptions, reservations, and conditions per- <br />taining to the coal and other minerals as are contained <br />in the former conveyances of said premises now of record <br />and subject to the rights of way for roads and ditches. <br />Also five (5) shares of capital stock of the Davidson <br />Ditch and Reservoir Company. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
