<br />ORDINANCE NO. 553 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE JUlliNDING TITLE 17 OF THE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" <br />BY ZONING THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. 552 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed a certain real <br /> <br />property by Ordinance No. 552, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLOE~DO: <br />SECTION 1. That Chapter 17.04, Section 1-105 of the Municipal <br />Code of the City of Louisville, entitled Zoning Map, shall be <br />amended to include the following described property and that the <br /> <br />tract shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after <br /> <br />the description below: <br /> <br />The surface of a tract of land situated in the Southeast <br />Quarter (SE~) of the Southeast Quarter (SE~) of Section <br />Five (5), Township One (1), Range 69 West of the 6th <br />Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at <br />the Southeast corner of Section Five, Township One (1) <br />South, Range 69 West, of the 6th Principal Meridian. <br />Thence South 890 45' West a distance of 539.83 feet to <br />the true point of beginning. Thence South 890 45" West <br />a distance of 323.17 feet. Thence North 240 25' West <br />a dis tance of L~98 feet. Thence North 890 45' Eas t a <br />distance of 528.16 feet. Thence South 00 18' East a <br />distance of 45L~.35 feet to the true point of beginning <br />containing approximately 4.75 acres.
