ORDINANCE NO. 557 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE COLORADO, PART OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, ' RANGE 69 WEST OF THE SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado FINDS: That the property described herein is o~med by Louisview Corporation, That more or not less than one-sixth of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of the City of Louisville; That a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; That the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and that the territory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; That an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: SECTION 1. That the following described property situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City of Louisville, to-wit: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 7; thence SQoQO'12"E and along the East line of the North- east one-quarter of said Section 7, a distance of 379.03 feet to a point on the centerline of the Davidson Ditch, said point being the Point of Beginning; thence continu- ing along said East line SOoOO'12"E, a distance of 948.14 feet to the Southeast corner of the North one-half of the North one-half of said Northeast one-quarter; thence S890 3l'33"W and along the South line of said North one-half of the North one-half, a distance of 1850.00 feet; thence NooOO'12"W and parallel to said East line, a distance of 979.05 feet; thE~nce N8903l' 33"E and parallel to said South line, a distance of 1785.03 feet to a point on said centerline; thence S64056'47"E and along said centerline, a distance of 71.72 feet to the Point of Beginning con- taining 41.555 acres more or less.
