Absent: Mayor Sisk and Councilor Sackett. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Pro Tem Marsella called for changes to the consent agenda. Resolution No. 46, Series 2011— A Resolution approving a Final <br />Subdivision Plat and Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan for a <br />59,137 SF building and Regional Detention Pond for a Building Located <br />at 1980 Cherry Street in CTC <br />E. Resolution No. 48, Series 2011— A Resolution Approving a Preservation <br />and Restoration Grant to Allow for Interior Electrical Work for the Ball <br />House Located at 1117 Jefferson Avenue <br />F. Approve Appointment to the Louisville Housing Authority <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy Avenue, Louisville, CO continued the filibuster he began on <br />April 6, 2010, which addresses the activities of City officials with respect to the cable <br />television. He distributed two documents and asserted they reflect noncompliance with <br />the public access cable television management contract. He also asserted that <br />Louisville City Officials do not effectively represent the interests of residents when it <br />comes to activities of the cable television provider and the public cable channel. <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Councilor Dalton reported at a prior City Council meeting, alternatives were discussed <br />for a safe pedestrian crossing at the intersection of McCaslin and Washington. He noted <br />one alternative not discussed was a pedestrian bridge. He suggested a pedestrian <br />26 <br />
