ORDINANCE NO. 558 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE COLORADO, PART OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, , RANGE 69 WEST OF THE SIXTH PRINCIPLE MERIDIAN, COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. ~mEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado FINDS: That the property described herein is owned by Louisville Corporation, That more or not less than one-sixth of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of the City of Louisville; That a communit of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; That the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and that the territory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; That an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: SECTION 1.
