<br />ORDINANCE NO. 559 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" <br />BY ZONING THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. 557 and ORDINANCE NO. <br />558. <br /> <br />~~EREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed a certain real <br /> <br />property by Ordinance No. 557 and Ordinance No. 558. <br /> <br />~mEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That Chapter 17.04, Section 1-105 of the Municipal <br />Code of the City of Louisville, entitled Zoning Map, shall be <br />amended to include the following described property and that the <br /> <br />tract shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after <br /> <br />the description below: <br /> <br />A part of Section 6 and 7, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of <br />the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Boulder, State of <br />Colorado, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 7; thence <br />N8903l'23"E, 3938.41 feet along the North line of Section <br />7, which is also the centerline of South Boulder Road; <br />thence N0028'27"W, 30.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, <br />which is a point on the North right-of-way of South Boulder <br />Road; thence N8903l'23"E, 1018.61 feet along the North <br />right-of-way of South Boulder Road and along a line par- <br />allel to the North line of Section 7; thence S0028'37"E, <br />60.00 feet to a point on the centerline of the Davidson <br />Ditch; thence S32007'13"W and along said centerline, <br />133.01 feet; thence S4032'47"E and along said centerline, <br />35.40 feet; thence S3902l' L~7"E and along said centerline, <br />38.80 feet; thence S740l5'47"E and along said centerline, <br />149.50 feet; thence S7l044'47"E and along said centerline, <br />162.80 feet; thence S64057'47"E, 179.64 feet along said <br />centerline to a point which is on the Easterly boundary <br />of Section 7 and from which the Northeast corner of <br />Section 7 bears NOoOO'12"W, 379.03 feet; thence SOoOO'12"E, <br />948.14 feet along the Easterly boundary of Section 7 to a <br />point which is the Southeast corner of the Northeast one- <br />quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 7; thence <br />S8903l'33"W, 1425.88 feet along the South boundary of the <br />North one-half of the North one-half of Section 7; thence <br />N0028'27"W, 1357.05 feet to the Point of Beginning contain- <br />ing 41.325 acres more or less. <br /> <br />Said parcel shall be zoned R-E, Residential Estate. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
