<br />Resolution No.19 <br />Series 1997 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE FINANCIAL POLICIES FOR THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council adopted the financial policies for the City of Louisville by Resolution <br />No. 19, Series 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the need exists to update and change the financial policies; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado hereby resolves, <br />that the City of Louisville Financial Policies shall be changed as follows: <br /> <br />Revenue Policies <br />Policy 15 <br />The City of Louisville will set fees for recreational services, at a level to support fifty <br />pt:;u;t:;llL (50%) seventy-five percent (75%) of the direct and indirect costs of children <br />programs, and at a level to support one hundred percent (100%) of the direct and indirect <br />costs of adult programs. Non-resident recreation participants will pay LIlt:; It:;~ulcu plU~ICUll <br />ft:;t:;l:> plUl:> dll dJJiLivlldl ildL ft:;t:; vf fivt:; Jvlldll:> ($5:eet a minimum of 25% higher than that <br />for residents for programs and facility admissions. Program growth requirements will follow the <br />Louisville Recreation Policy Statement, with revenue corresponding to these levels. <br /> <br />Operating Budget Policies <br />Policy 24 <br />The City will pay for all current expenditures with current revenues.
