ORDINANCE NO. 563 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, EXTENSION, LOCATION, USE AND MAINTENANCE OF MOBILE HOME PARKS IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; ADOPTING BY REFER- ENCE THERETO PORTIONS OF THE STANDARD FOR MOBILE HOME PARKS, 1974 EDITION, OF THE NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION, WITH THE AMENDMENTS AS SET OUT HEREIN. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville has made a thorough study of the 1974 edition of the Standard for Mobile Home Parks I and; WHEREAS I the City Council is of the opinion that portions of same should be adopted with certain amendments as set out herein; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 31, Article 16, Colorado Revised Statutes I 1973 I as amended I these are hereby adopted as a part of the Louisville Municipal Code and as the Mobile Home Parks Code I by reference thereto I all parts of the Standard For Mobile Home Parks I 1974 edition I published by the National Fire Protection Association I 470 Atlantic Avenue I Boston I Massachusetts I to have the same force and effect as if set forth herein in every parti- cular. The subject matter of the adopted codes includes comprehen- sive provisions and standards regulating construction I alteration I extension I location I installation I use and maintenance of mobile home parks for the purpose of protecting the public health, safety and general welfare. SECTION 2. The follOwing sections are hereby added to Standard for Mobile Home Parks I 1974 edition: Section 11.1 License Required The operator or administrator of a mobile home park within the City of Louisville shall be licensed by the City Clerk upon certification by the Building Official of compliance of the requirements herein. Each license shall be valid for one calendar year. The license fee shall be $10.00 per designated mobile home space within the park being licensed. -1-
