(2) specify a reasonable period of time not to exceed thirty days in which the violations are to be corrected; and (3) specify that the person to whom the notice of violation was issued ~3hall have thirty days from the date of said issuance to appeal the notice to the Board of Appeals and Zoning adjustment. b) upon expiration of the period of time stated in the notice of violation for the required alterations, the Building Official shall inspect the unit in question and if the required altera- tions have not been made I the Building Official shall cause a Summons and Complaint to the Municipal Court be served on the party who received notice of the violations. The" Mobile Home Code" as finally adopted shall be available for sale to the public through the office of the City Clerk at a moderate price. SECTION 5. The following penalty as set forth in full is hereby adopted for the" Mobile Home Code": Section 26.9 General Penalty Clause No person shall violate any of the provisions of the ordinances of the City of Louisville. Except in cases where a different punishment is prescribed by any ordinance of the City of Louisville I any person who shall violate any of the provisions of the ordinances of the City of Louisville I shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300.00, or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety days I or both such fine and imprison- ment. -6-
