<br />City Administrator an employee may receive initial compensation at a <br /> <br />rate higher than the minimum rate in the salary schedule provided <br /> <br />such position involves executive I administrative, or professional <br /> <br />duties and responsibility, and provided further that such exception is <br /> <br />based on the outstandin:;J' and unusual character of the employee IS <br /> <br />experience and ability over and above the minimum qualification s <br /> <br />specified for the class. <br /> <br />"Section 4A-8. Vacation Leave after Ten Years Service. " <br /> <br />City employees who have completed ten (10) years contin- <br /> <br />uous service with the City shall be allowed three (3) work weeks of <br /> <br />paid vacation leave each year thereafter. Pay will be based on <br /> <br />current salary. <br /> <br />"Section 4A-9. Vacation Leave after Twenty Years Service. " <br /> <br />City employees who have completed twenty (20) years <br /> <br />continuous service with the City shall be allowed four (4) work <br /> <br />weeks of paid vacation leave each year thereafter. Pay will be <br /> <br />based on current salary.. <br /> <br />"Section 4A-ll. Vacation Leave for Policeman." <br /> <br />Police personnel shall be credited with ten (10) calendar <br /> <br />days additional vacation allowance, in lieu of holidays worked I at <br /> <br />the end of each completed year of service.
