RESOLUTION NO. 77 <br /> SERIES 2011 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISIONS TO AN APPROVED FINAL SUBDIVISION <br /> PLAT, TAKODA SUBDIVISION. THE PROPOSED REVISIONS IDENTIFY <br /> EASEMENT ADJUSTMENTS WHICH CLARIFY EASEMENT DIMENSIONS AND <br /> PRIORITIES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF WET AND DRY <br /> UTILITIES <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application for <br /> approval of revisions to an approved final subdivision plat, Takoda Subdivision. The proposed <br /> revisions identify easement adjustments which clarify easement dimensions and priorities for <br /> the construction and maintenance of wet and dry utilities, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Louisville City Council approved Resolution 4, Series 2011, which <br /> allowed for lot area and side yard setback modifications in Planning areas #2 and #3 of the <br /> Takoda Final subdivision Plat and Final PUD Plan, with a condition that the applicant continue <br /> to work with City staff to resolve easement concerns, and <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on May 12, 2011, where evidence and <br /> testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br /> Commission Staff Report dated May 12, 2011, the Planning Commission finds the proposed <br /> revisions consistent with the condition of approval to Resolution 4, Series 2011 and specific <br /> terms identified in an Assistant City Engineer's memorandum to the Planning Division on <br /> December 20, 2010, and <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation of <br /> the Planning Commission and finds, based on the evidence and testimony presented, that said <br /> final subdivision replat revisions should be approved, with one condition. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> LOUISVILLE, COLORADO does hereby recommend approval of revisions to an approved Final <br /> Subdivision Plat, Takoda Subdivision. The proposed revisions identify easement adjustments <br /> which clarify easement dimensions and priorities for the construction and maintenance of wet <br /> and dry utilities with the following condition <br /> 1.
