~, '- ORDINANCE NO. 568 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE CODIFICATION OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LOUIS- VILLE, COLORADO, 1977. PUBLISHED BY THE BOOK PUBLISHING COMPANY. WHEREAS, the Colorado General Assembly has provided for the codification and publication of the permanent and general ordinances of cities and towns in Sections 31-16-201--31-16-208 of the Colorado Revised Statutes 1973; as amended 1975 WHEREAS, the Book Publishing Company, Seattle, Washington, has compiled, edited and published a codification of the permanent and general ordinances of the City of Louisville, Colorado; and WHEREAS I the adopting ordinance and codification of the perma- nent and general ordinances of the City of Louisville, Colorado I and secondary codes therein adopted by reference were first read on August 18, 1977; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: SECTION 1. Adoption. Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 31-16-201 through 31-16-208 of the Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, ad amended, there is hereby adopted the "Louisville Municipal Code" as published by Book Publishing Company, Seattle, Washington. SECTION 2. Secondary codes adopted by reference. The following codes with certain modifications are adopted by reference by the primary code in accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes 1973 Section 31-16-203 I as amended: Model Traffic Code for Colorado Municipalities 1974 Edition Uniform Building Code 1976 Edition Uniform Mechanical Code 1976 Edition Uniform Plumbing Code 1976 Edition Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings 1976 Edition Uniform Fire Code 1976 Edition The Standard for Mobile Homes 1973 Edition The Standard for Mobile Home Parks 1974 Edition
